Triathletes & Cyclists: Kickstart 2025
with the Outseason by Endurance Nation
[Tier 1 & 2 Sold Out! Get Your Spot ASAP]
Session 1: NOV 4th – FEB 10th | Session 2: JAN 6th – APR 14th
Welcome to our Outseason coaching program, now in its 16th year. The OutSeason® is at the core of what we do inside Endurance Nation. We created it to structure the “lost” winter months and have proudly built it into our signature training block—the foundation of our entire season. The OutSeason is a community-powered exercise in fitness and accountability — it’s also the official start of the new season for our athletes.
What is the Outseason?
More than 12,000 athletes have completed an OutSeason since 2009. This 14-week program is perfect for triathletes and cyclists looking to break out of their traditional training paradigm. Unlike other coach programs, we build Fast Before Far. This process fits the age group lifestyle, allowing you to maximize your reduced winter hours (now) and save the volume and long hours for the warmer months (later).
tldr; The OS is the most direct path to creating new fitness for a breakthrough in 2025.
When does it start?
OutSeason Session 1 officially begins on November 4, 2024, but the community will open on October 28th. This will help ensure you’re ready to hit the ground running, with all the tools and support you need.
How much does it cost?
We are launching the Outseason program with presale pricing. Pricing starts at $140 for 14 weeks, an incredible $10 per week for the first 20 people to sign up.
After that, the price will increase with every additional 20 spots sold.
For every 20 sales, the price will go up by $20. Let’s see how much this is worth to people! Hint: Reserve your spot now before the next price increase.
Why Choose the Outseason
The OutSeason® is our best tool for making endurance athletes faster. Since 2009, we’ve refined the program every year to make it better. This experience has proven to help athletes reach their peak by alternating sport focus between Bike or Run, maximizing performance gains year over year.
Expect to see a 10% to 20% increase in Functional Threshold Power and similar gains in running speed between Week 1 and Week 14. We also recognize the need for rest—Mondays and Fridays are your flexibility days for rest or other training goals.
What does OutSeason training look like?
We use Final Surge to deliver and sync your workouts – this is included in your registration. Here’s a Sampling from the OutSeason. Green workouts are cycling. Gray workouts are running. Black workouts are strength. Purple workouts are notes to you.

Who’s your Head Coach?
The Outseason program is led by Coach Patrick, a lifelong endurance athlete with over 20 years in the sport. Patrick has completed 30 Ironman races (11x KQ), gone sub-9 at Leadville, and qualified for the Boston Marathon. Coach Patrick is a teacher first, using his own training and race experiences to shape the program and lead the group. This hands-on approach ensures that you’re getting guidance from someone who actively participates in these events at a high level.
Why Train with Endurance Nation?
We pioneered the team coaching model starting in 2007. We created Endurance Nation to counter the trend of hyper-personalized, low-value coaching: why pay someone to give you new training every seven days (that’s almost never on time)?
We knew from our own athletic experience that a team-based environment is motivating, supportive, educational, and accountable—a much more robust and dynamic way to achieve better outcomes.
Our approach was only strengthened during COVID-19, proving that community-driven training creates long-lasting fitness gains and lifelong friendships.
