Why Winter is the Secret Weapon to Your 2025 Season Success

Another big race, powered by the OutSeason.

As athletes, we all want to crush it on race day. But what if I told you the secret to your success in 2025 starts much sooner than you think?

It starts this winter.

I’m Coach Patrick, and after coaching thousands of athletes, one undeniable truth has stood out: what you do in the winter sets the stage for your success in the year ahead. You might think winter training is just for maintaining fitness, or worse, a time to ease off the gas pedal. But I’m here to tell you—it’s so much more than that.

Why Winter Training Matters

It didn’t always used to be this way. Winter was once considered the “off-season”—time to take it easy, cross-train, or catch up on life. Sure, that sounds reasonable, but the results told a different story.

When race season came around, athletes were frustrated. They weren’t hitting their goals, and the excuses piled up: not enough long runs, a cold that knocked them out, or a nutrition plan that didn’t cut it.

But as a coach, I went back to the data. The common factor among athletes struggling on race day was simple: they hadn’t trained through the winter.

The Solution: The OutSeason Program

We took that insight and turned it into a game-changing solution—the OutSeason Program.

It’s a 14-week training program specifically designed for triathletes and cyclists. The goal is simple: maintain and improve your fitness through structured, efficient workouts that fit into your life. We’re talking about three core training sessions per week (Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday), surrounded by functional training and cardio, with rest days on Monday and Friday. The time commitment? Just 6 to 12 hours a week.

The OutSeason follows our unique Fast Before Far approach—focused on short, intense sessions to build speed and strength before ramping up distance later in the season. It’s a methodology that works, but very few people stick with it unless they’re part of the Endurance Nation team.

Until now.

For the First Time: OutSeason Open to All

For the first time ever, we’re opening the OutSeason Program to everyone—not just Endurance Nation members. And here’s the best part: the price has never been lower.

Starting on Friday, 10/9, we’re releasing the OutSeason for pre-sale. The first 20 spots are available at an incredible price of $140 for the full 14 weeks. And just so you know, every 20 spots we sell, the price will go up by $20.

That’s why if you’ve been eyeing this program, now is the time to act. This program usually costs over $450, but it’s not even close to that this time around.
