James Gross clocked a 1:04:15 finish in the Maverick Triathlon. He said it was, “a local Triathlon in its 3rd year. The swim was rushed as we were let go (in the pool) at 5 second intervals making us feel like sardines. We all got through it. This is my first Tri since signing on with EN a month ago and the training style I am learning has improved my game. All three of them. Next stop, Branson 70.3.”

Nate Parady crushed his time from last year in the Luray International, boasting a PR of 43 minutes. Nate said, “PR was against same race in 2010 just prior to joining EN. I was like a different person out there yesterday. Road the bike at .93 then ran at 7:15/mile average on a tough hilly course for both the bike and run… felt like everything was dialed in from nutrition plan to race execution. I just knew what to do because of EN. Pumped.”

Lynne Atkinson and Tim Cronk each checked in saying they hit the Ironman® Mont Tremblant. Hope you had a great day out. Tim said he had a PR… well done, sir!
Pigman Long Course Triathlon
Sarah Cooper had some impressive results, saying, “These weren’t my best swim, bike, or run split times for the HIM, but put them all together and I ended up with a solid 5:19 and a PR for the day. I placed 6th overall female, and won $100. That brings my total winnings for the season to $175! I started my season with a non training related injury, and I’m very happy with the amount of run and bike fitness I was able to get back relatively quickly using the EN HIM plan.”
Ebe Boettcher was out at the Pigman just for fun, and ended up landing a PR. “I came out of the 20 week short course plan 5 weeks before this race. I had not ridden over 45 miles all season long. Loaded up the HIM Advanced plan to end on my race day and went for it. I did a 3 day big bike week with Wisconsin training camp in the middle. Had a great time getting a PR on a race I did just for fun :)”
Randy Pickard gives a shout out to the coaches and reported a PR, too. He said, “I finally nailed 99% of my goal and just missed my run goal by 2 minutes very pleased. Thanks RnP.”
