A small but powerful contingent of EN athletes are taking on 70.3® Racine this year. Let’s meet Endurance Nation’s Team members taking on the course.
Wendy Watson
“One of the small and select Racine group this year. I am a retired physician from Milwaukee in my third year of doing triathlons. Also enjoy teaching medicine overseas and ESL at home.
Racine will be my second 70.3® this year as I get ready for WI.
Goals at Racine are to improve race day nutrition and hydration and to finish feeling stronger than I did last year.”
Niels Heemskirk
I live in Bloomingdale, IL did my first Olympic in 2011 and have been hooked on triathlons since. I have participated in Racine twice, last year I dnf due to a bike crash so I am back to take revenge. My goal is to finish, but would like to PR, my best HIM was 6:13 in Racine in 2012. So sub 6 hours is the goal.
