Friday: Four Keys of Race ExecutionPre-Race Talk
9:45am at the KSwiss booth in the Expo. Patrick know IMLou better than most. They’ll get your head screwed on straight about how to race Ironman® Louisville, sharing with the tips that have saved the races of thousands before you. All attendees will receive a FREE Four Keys DVD.

Saturday: Training and Beers with the Coaches!

• The Training: Meet us at 7:30am at the swim start for a quick dip. At 8:45 we’ll jump on our bikes and ride the bike course. Don’t miss the mid-ride “beat the coaches and we’ll buy you a beer” race on the Out and Back! Details and RSVP here.
